Thank you so much for doing my wedding hair! I have to start with the lead up to the wedding day itself: You were one of the more reliable people on the wedding team - always punctual with responses and I really appreciated your expert opinion and feedback on the styles. Even with the back and forth and how indecisive I was, you were friendly, professional and accommodating. Not to mention when I went around and said I'm buying a whole new dress and changing my whole wedding look, you didn't bat an eyelid and cracked on with style ideas! And finally on the day itself, you came on time, ready to go with my sister and myself and just got the job done! I didn't ask for an easy style but you did a great job and everyone had something nice to say about it. So thank you thank you thank you!

Customer Service. Tracy is very customer-focused. This is what made me appreciate her service more. It was a difficult time for me to get married (COVID-19 Era), yet she was able to adapt to the situation and still deliver a superb service!! Hair stayed intact ALL day too!!!

I can tell that Tracy loves her job. Her passion is evident in the way she deals with her customers. I genuinely hope she gains more recognition for her work... well deserved!!!
