Terms of Services

For all closure/Fontal installs:

Hair must be sent at least 1 week in advance. Any time after this up to 2 days prior will incur an additional €35 late fee. Hair received with less notice than that may have to be rescheduled.
If you are ordering hair from us also please ensure to do so at least 10 days prior to appointment/time needed
When sending your hair please have your name, head measurements and parting preferences included in it and let us know that the hair has been sent.
Retainer (50%) must be paid in advance in order to confirm booking
Please consult us prior to buying your frontals as grey/ dark lace may not give you the desired look.

For wig installs:

Hair must be neatly cornrowed (medium to small cornrows) otherwise there is an additional €15 fee for braiding
Wigs can be made before the appointment or on your head (whichever you prefer).

Please ensure you buy the right lace for you. If you send me the wrong lace (e.g. Too dark or grey) I cannot promise that your hair will be to your liking. Please contact me if you are unsure before purchasing
Sending Pictures of your preferred style is highly advised so that we can advise you further.
Please be sure to be on time. After 15 minutes there is a €10 late fee charge, €20 for 20 minutes and €30 for 30 minutes. After 30 minutes if no notice has been given your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your Retainer.

Brides:

Please be showered before my scheduled time of arrival as I will not rush myself to finish at the end to make up for the time lost.
For same day installs, please have your hair neatly braided beforehand (medium or small) as I do not provide this service on the same day.
Please delegate any tasks that would require you to get up to a bridesmaid or a planner during this scheduled time as I will not rush to finish in the end to make up for the time lost
If you are not buying a wig/hair from us or having a wig made by us, please ensure it is done before your trial as I will not work with wigs that are unsuitable for you (e.g. doesn’t fit, or isn’t the right lace colour) Please contact us if unsure. We highly recommend getting your hair from us for the best results as it will be fully customized just for you.
Please be sure to be at the set venue before the appointed time. If I am left waiting for 15 minutes there will be a €10 late fee charge, €20 for 20 minutes and €30 for 30 minutes etc. up to 1hr after which I will leave and you will lose your full payment.
A phone or virtual consultation is mandatory and part of all advertised packages as this ensures the smooth running of things before your big day and a bridal trial is highly recommended as this ensures the smooth running of things before your big day (appointment subject to availability so please ensure to book as early as possible). This must be booked anytime up to 1 week prior to the day. If less notice is given, hair must be bought from TrayChic and a brief fitting at a minimum will have to be scheduled at least the day before.
If you have oily skin or usually sweat excessively please be sure to let us know so that we can ensure we have the correct products for your install.
