TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
The following terms and conditions apply to all transactions on www.traychicdesigns.com. The use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. The placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have. Please read them carefully and print a copy for future reference if deemed necessary.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. To order goods through this website you must be at least 18 years of age and we accept delivery worldwide. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to these terms and conditions.
DESCRIPTION OF GOODS
Many of the products we sell are of a descriptive nature and it is not practical to publish detailed specifications of all the products. All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. Full detailed specifications are available from the manufacturer's brochures or their websites which can be provided by request.
ACCURACY OF PRODUCT INFORMATION
All product specifications, images and other information published on our website have either been made accessible by suppliers, manufacturer's, publications, publicists, photographers or been gathered from public-domain sources. The intention of www.traychicdesigns.com is that all information on the website should be as accurate and up to date as possible.
PAYMENT AND PRICE
The total price payable for the goods will be stipulated at the time when you place your order whether or not the order has been confirmed. We are entitled to make adjustments to the price to take account of any increase in our supplier's prices, or the imposition of any taxes or duties, or if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed. We will inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. All prices on our website are inclusive of VAT but exclusive of delivery charges which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information from our suppliers, taxes or duty changes, we shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders listed at the incorrect price whether or not the order has been confirmed. If your credit card has already been charged and we subsequently cancel your order, we will immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the value of the incorrect price (including delivery charges).
We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa and Mastercard. On the order you must provide us with your exact billing address and telephone number - the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you. Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your order will only be processed once authorization of your credit card has been properly received.
AVAILABILITY OF GOODS
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time. If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for these and we will refund any money already paid for them. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products at our checkout.
You will be notified if delays are anticipated, if we cannot deliver your order within our recognised delivery time we will inform you and offer you the right to cancel the order.
DELIVERY IN IRELAND
There is a standard charge of €5 postage and packing regardless of weight, value and quantity. For parcels which exceed a certain weight we use a courier service, who will charge the customers card if delivery can not be made. If a parcel is returned to us because alternative delivery arrangement was not made, we will incur a charge of €15.00 which we will have to pass on to you "the customer". All our deliveries are sent express by www.anpost.ie and are traceable on their website.
DELIVERY IN THE EUROPE
There is a standard charge of €10 postage and packing per order.
Deliveries are made between 9am-6.30 pm Monday to Friday. All parcels can be track& traced. It’s up to the parcel owner to check or rearrange the delivery if they can not be at the address to sign for it. Express deliveries are made with An post, taking 2-5 days for Ireland; 5-14 working days Europe or more to USA & ROW areas. We don’t offer a weekend delivery service.
Please note all transit times are from date of dispatch and conditions outside the usual could affect the delivery time (extreme weather, traffic, bank holidays) and are beyond our control. If a parcel is returned to us because alternative delivery arrangement was not made, we will incur a charge of €15.00 which we will have to pass on to you "the customer".
Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
Delivery of products (stock items, not wigs) will normally be made within 2-4 working days from clearance of payment. Any dates we specify for the delivery of the goods are approximate only and we shall not be liable for any losses, costs, damages, charges, or expenses caused by any delay for delivery of the goods. If we or our suppliers are temporarily out of stock, we will notify you of this position and you should allow up to 28 days for dispatch of the goods. For delays of more than 28 days, you will have the right to cancel the order and we will refund any money paid by you for the goods.
As soon as we have delivered the goods to your door you will be responsible for them. We will only deliver goods to the address on the order. From the time of receipted delivery of the goods, any loss or damage to the goods shall be at your own risk. Any transit damage to the goods, shortages or incorrect goods supplied must be noted on the delivery consignment note at the time of delivery.
TIME LIMITATION FOR NOTIFICATION OF CLAIMS
Damage in transit: If goods arrive in a damaged condition you must make a note on the carrier's delivery consignment note and it will be your responsibility to inform us within 7 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to sign for the correct number of packages as shown on the carrier's delivery consignment note. Any shortages must be noted on the consignment note and it will be your responsibility to notify us within 10 days from delivery.
It is your responsibility to notify us of any in-correct goods supplied within 7 days from delivery.
We will not accept liability for goods lost in transit unless we are notified within 10 days from the expected delivery date. If goods returned under this clause are found to be perfect and in full working order, these will be returned to you and an administration fee of 15% of the price of the goods along with the cost of carriage will be charged to your credit card account.
All products supplied are covered by the terms and conditions of the Manufacturer's Guarantee for their stated period. This guarantee specifically excludes faults caused by accident, neglect, and misuse. This does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.
Orders can be cancelled the following morning between 9.00am and 1.00pm. Please inform us by email email@example.com.
Products that are deemed faulty can be returned for replacement, TrayChic operate a 'Non-Refund' policy, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have, faulty goods can be returned up to 7 working days following receipt of order, please inform us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org stating 'Order Cancellation' as the subject and including all order details within the correspondence. Cancelled orders will be refunded in full; this does not include any shipping costs incurred by the sender.
Products that are deemed unwanted can be returned within 7 days of receipt, TrayChic operate a 'Non-Refund' policy, this does not affect any statutory rights that you may have.

We have endeavor to represent as closely as possible the products we offer using current photographic technology.
However, we cannot be held liable for printing errors. In addition, due to the nature of the natural materials used in the manufacture of the majority of our products, some slight variations in actual goods may occur.
