Service Description
Relaxer – Virgin Application This service is for clients receiving a relaxer for the first time or applying it to previously untreated hair. We use professional-grade relaxers to carefully straighten the natural curl pattern while protecting the hair and scalp. A deep conditioning treatment is included to restore moisture, strengthen the hair, and leave it smooth and manageable. A precise trim is included to remove split ends and promote healthy growth Texturizer – Virgin Application This service is for clients new to texturizers or with untreated natural hair. We gently loosen the natural curl pattern using a professional-grade formula, allowing for more stretch and definition while maintaining some of the natural texture. A moisturizing deep treatment follows to leave the hair soft, nourished, and healthy. A precise trim is included to remove split ends and promote healthy growth
Booking Policies
Deposit: A ~20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all salon appointments. This amount goes toward your total service cost and confirms your booking. Payment: After paying the deposit, the remaining balance is due in the salon after your service. We accept Cash, Revolut, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Apple Pay for your convenience. Rescheduling: You can reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Changes made after this period will result in the full amount being deducted. Cancellation: You can cancel your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. Changes made after this period will result in the full amount being deducted. Hair: The hair is not included in any of our services. If you’d like to purchase hair from TrayChic, orders must be placed and paid for at least 14 days before your appointment. To order, please email: info@traychicdesigns.com. Lace systems: For best results, we recommend purchasing lace systems directly from us. If you choose to buy your own, please ensure the lace is not darker than your complexion and avoid blue or green-tinted lace. Clients with a low hairline should opt for a 13x6 lace for the most natural finish. All laces must be pre-plucked as dense hairlines will not be accepted. Posting or Dropping Off Hair: If you are posting or dropping off hair, please ensure it includes your full name, phone number, head measurements, preferred parting, and desired styling. Without this information, any work will not proceed. All Laces must arrive at least 14 days before your appointment. Discount: Students receive 10% off all services with a valid student card. Please present your student ID at your appointment to avail of the discount.
